Preparing Your Items For Drop-Off

We accept new and like-new clothing and accessories in sizes large (12) and up. There is no upper limit to the sizes we accept for shoes or clothing.

✔ Items must be freshly laundered (unless new with tags).

✔ Bring your items folded in a bag, box, or bin you do not want back.

✔ Call ahead if you need to bring something in on a hanger.

✔ You may consign up to 25 items once per consignment period. 

**** You will need to know how many items you are dropping off, what sizes and types they are, and you will need to describe two items in detail, such as brand, size, category, and color, to fill out your short form when you consign items.

Quality Standards

All items must be in new or excellent condition and have been freshly laundered (unless new) and completely free of:

✔ Stains or discoloration

✔ Lint, pet hair, or fabric pilling

✔ Rips, tears, or worn-out areas

✔ Odors (smoke, mildew, etc.)

✔ Wrinkles

✔ Missing or broken buttons, snaps, and zippers

Seasonal Consignment Guidelines

Mountain weather can be unpredictable, and many people travel between areas with different climates. Because of this, our seasons change gradually rather than all at once. We discount and remove seasonal items in waves to give shoppers more time to find them. Our seasons are based on excluding items unlikely to sell well during that time, so if an item is not listed as an excluded item, we consider it an ALL-SEASON ITEM. Items consigned out of season will be rejected regardless of quality, and consignors who put more effort into selecting their items tend to sell more quickly.

➡ Swimwear Exception: We accept NEW or LIKE-NEW swim tops & Accesories and New-With-Tags swim bottoms & suits.

➡ We do accept bras, but they must be new without tags.
