In-Store Purchases: Returns NOT Accepted

In-store shoppers have access to an accessible fitting room so to keep things simpler we do not accept returns for in-store purchases. However, we do accept returns for most purchases online and on eBay. Read more below.

Online Store Purchases: Returns Accepted With Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with tags intact and attached. A return shipping label will be provided by the store, and in-store returns are also accepted. Clearance, liquidation, and auction items are not eligible for returns.

eBay: Returns Accepted With Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with tags intact and attached. A return shipping label will be provided by the store, and in-store returns are also accepted. Clearance, liquidation, and auction items are not eligible for returns.

Online Store Shipping
We strive to ship items within 1–2 business days, Wednesday through Friday. If you place your order between Saturday and Monday, it may be delayed by a day or two, as we do not ship items Sunday through Tuesday. We charge a flat rate of $4.99 per item, with shipping discounts automatically applied when you buy in quantity.

We Ship Internationally. Shipping to most countries is automatically calculated by weight at checkout.

Ebay
We strive to ship items within 1–2 business days, Wednesday through Friday. Orders placed between Saturday and Monday may be delayed by a day or two, as we do not ship Sunday through Tuesday. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99–$7.99 per item. Shipping Prices are slightly higher on eBay due to additional fees, as shipping costs are included in the total amount from which eBay takes its percentage. However, we do offer free in-store pickup for eBay orders.

Pricing:

When we say affordable, we mean it. We strive to price all inventory at about 40% of the original price for like-new items and 60%–70% for new-with-tags items.

This guideline applies across all selling platforms before any additional discounts or sales. While prices may vary on eBay, our online and in-store prices are the same.
